Can I have caller ID on PC for two lines?

Can I have caller ID on PC for two lines?

I have two lines, one of which I have installed the caller id program on my PC and that's working.  I really need the caller id for both lines, is there a way to do this?  If I have to choose one line only I would rather have the second line, the first line is the one that is working with the program.  Would I need to uninstall the program and install it again, does anyone know if it gives you an option to select the number you want it to work for?
