Caller Id not working on HD TV

Caller Id not working on HD TV

I saw a post on the Comcast site where you were able to help a client out with this.

 

I am having a similar problem where 3 weeks ago I had multi room DVR installed and now Caller ID on my TV's (2) doesn't work. I have called the 1-800-COMCAST number twice now to no success. I have an open ticket number but I do not have it with me. Can you help?

I have the same problem.  I get a display, that, there is a call but NO NUMBER.  I had this problem for several weeks.

Both issues have been escalated.
