Why is my phone speaking out loud the caller's ID info -- I don;t like that but can;t figure out how to turn it off.  I can read the screen on my phone -- don;t need vices talking to me!

It isn't comcast....It is your phone.   Turn it off yourself.

Yes, it's Panasonic and I haven;t yet found anything in the manual to help.  Maybe I will go online to their site.

You can do it from the phone.   Push the menu button then push the up arrow to go to intial settings and push select.  Then push the up arrow to go to talking caller ID.  Push select and then select handset and turn it off.  


You will have to do it for each phone. 


Then do the same thing and turn it off on the base as well
