Caller ID on the TV

Caller ID on the TV

I have the anyroom DVR setup (Cisco RGN 200N/RGN 150) and also am able to use the DVR manager on my computer.  When will I get the rest of the features?  I would like the caller ID on the TV, but it isn't working?  Is this something I need to activate/set up or should it work without my input.

i don't have caller ID on TV either.  Is it available in NH??
