Caller ID on TV on showed ANONYMOUS

Caller ID on TV on showed ANONYMOUS

 My caller ID on TV doesn't showed caller's phone number only showed ANONYMOUS . Can anyone help me to fix the problem, I want it show phone number and their name.

If it's showing anonymous, perhaps the person is blocking their number? Does the same call show a number/name on your phone handset or on your call logs on xfinity.com?

Hi, just want to let you guys know, still have a same problem. We've been tried couple cells phone to called my house phone. but still showing ANONYMOUS. What can I do ?

Have you checked the offending cellphones settings?  Almost all cellular devices have the ability to block thier information in outgoing calls...   a lot of people tyurn this on, not knowing exactly what it does...

IMO I would double-check thopse cellular devices to ensure they are displaying callerID information for outgoing calls.... in this fashion you are eliminating another step in the troubleshooting process..
