Caller ID not working on TV (Pace RNG110) box

Caller ID not working on TV (Pace RNG110) box

Hi,

I have a new Pace RNG110 box that I got last Friday (Sept 23rd).  As of today, Sept 28th the caller id is still not showing up on my TV. 

I called customer service and the rep told me it would probably be working by today because it should have been synced up with all of the servers.  No such luck.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.

I would wait until Friday or next Monday as it takes 5 days or sometimes more for it to start working after the databases sync.  If it doesn't work by Friday, then Comcast would need to confirm the code is correct on your account.

 

In the mean time, you should power cycle the box, unplug the AC power for a minute and power it up again.  That will freshly load the app into the box.
