Caller ID does not work on "upgraded" hardware

Caller ID does not work on "upgraded" hardware

We have had COMCAST for over 10 years and recently "upgraded" the hardware.  Since upgrading, the Caller ID no longer works.  The settings are ON the ITV; however, the Caller ID does not work.  Any suggestions?

We have the same problem. Caller ID activated through TV menu, but it does not show on TV. Caller ID works on the phone. Would LOVE to know if there is a solution.
