Caller ID Notifications On TV

Caller ID Notifications On TV

Prior to getting a new set-top box last week, I was getting my caller id notifications on my tv screen. Once the box was replaced I lost that feature. Any suggestions?

If you changed any services, call into Comcast and ask if the CallerId rate code is still on your account... sometimes it gets "dropped" when billiing makes changes to your service package...

I was advised that everything was good on the part of Comcast. Must be on my end?????

If you have the X1 system, you must enable notifications like CallerID on the settings.

I can't help you on legacy cable callerId issues.   Sorry!
