Call rejection service doesn't work

Just got a call I thought I had on call rejection.   Once again I dialed *60 and tried to reject the last call only to be told I already had the number in the list.

 

If the number is "already in my list", WHY DID I GET THE CALL?

 

Another Comcast service that doesn't work.  You would think for $250 a month I wouldn't have to call Comcast about anything, but I have them on speed dial because I call them so much.

 

DSL is starting to look real good.

First of all, thank you for your post - this helped me find the feature I was looking for! Crossing my fingers that this is going to do what I need.

 

Seems that in addition to adding the number to the list, you also need to turn on the service (*60, then 3 for turn on/off)?  Sorry if this is old news, but I found it a bit counter intuitive to have to do this.

Now why would I add a phone number, *60, to my list and not turn the service on?    When you enter the *60 command, the service tells you if its on or off.

 

Beating another dead horse here, am I?
