Call logs are not working

Call logs are not working

I tried to view my call logs online line and received two messages: "We are currently unable to display call records. If this problem persists, please contact Customer Service [URL: http://www.comcastsupport.com/] with reference code: SCC-0250" and "Sorry, we are currently unable to complete your request. We apologize for this inconvenience. If this problem persists, please call Customer Service.   [Error DVC-270]" 

 

I chatted with Comcast online this weekend for about 2 hours to try to get my call logs on Smartzone or DVC working.  I received a confirmation/escalation number that this problem was being addressed.  That night I received a voicemail from Comcast confirming that called the issue was resolved.  It check and it was not fixed.

 

I called Comcast this time.  A woman tried to help me resolve the issue but she said that since I had received a confirmation from Comcast that it should be resolved by the next day.

 

It is now Friday and my logs still do not work. 

 

I am frustrated by the 3 plus hours that I have spent trying to resolve this issue.  Please help!

I'm having the same exact problem.  I activated Comcast Digital Voice on 5/31 with a new number provided from Comcast.  I had a Vonage number ported over on 6/9.  My Voice Mail and my Call Logs were not working.  I managed to the the Voice Mail fixed on 6/16 and I was assured that the call logs would be working within 72 hours.  That time has passed.  What do I need to do to get the call logs working?
