Call history - placed, answered,missed calls

Call history - placed, answered,missed calls

How come this feature never works?  


I keep getting this error message - "Sorry, call logs are temporarily unavailable. We're working on fixing the problem."


I need these logs...what can I do?

send an email to the VP and just maybe it will get Fixed This has been going on for over 2 months now and all I get is that we know about it and are working on it
