Call history over 90 days

I have been asked to provide mall my call history from January 2017 to current for a divorce case - is this available. And how do I go about retrieving it?

Re: Call history over 90 days

Hi jjcbrc -- Comcast provides three months of call detail records as a customer convenience through XFINITY Connect, which is accessible from http://Xfinity.com. Customers can also access one year's worth of records that would be considered traditional toll records through the XFINITY Voice Details in the View My Bill section of http://Comcast.com. Any additional call detail records maintained by Comcast are company business records requiring legal process such as a subpoena or court order. Third party and civil requests are also subject to the court order and notification process stipulated by the Cable Act. If customers want call details greater than 90 days old, they will have to fax a signed written letter of authorization to the Comcast Legal Response department at 1-866-947-5587. The letter must include: -Customer's name -Address as it appears on billing account -Account number -Daytime contact number -Primary email address -Most importantly their signature, which gives Comcast authorization to release these records.
