Call history not showing since the switch

Call history not showing since the switch

Every since the update my tv shows no call history on the left side. My call history only says you are up to date. I called customer service and was switched multiple times and to the highest tier and almost 2 hours later they had no fix or knew what was causing the issue and this is still the status 3 weeks later.

same thing. told me wait an hour and would fix itself. magic elves or something. he just wanted me off chat. if they dont fix it can i cancel with out fee?

They sent a tech down and he didn't know what I was talking about. He even called several times over the  phone and no one ever heard what I was describing. He replaced my box and remote and said he would look into it.  Never heard from anyone again. After reading these forums it appears we lost this function and the B button after their update. What a shame to lose these useful functions.
