Call history in xfinity connect

Call history in xfinity connect

I have been a costumer for years and there has never been any history to view in the call history section. Why is that l?

If you are referring to the listing of calls placed and received in the Connect App when you select the Call menu option and have the clock like icon selected, if I understand things correctly then what would show here are calls you make with the Connect App and any calls received when you have call forwarding set active for the Connect app. Additionally, if you have selected the Delete All Recent Calls from the menu reached when selecting the thread vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen this will clear out the list in the App.
