Call Manager Unavailable - Error SCC-0235

Call Manager Unavailable - Error SCC-0235

After two months my phone number has finally been ported over to Comcast.  Only to find out that I cannot use the online Voice Mail.  when I try to access it I receive Service Unavailable Error SCC-0235. 

 

I called customer service/support once my phone line actually worked and was informed that it was a system outage.  Now I see on the forum that this issue has been going on for quite a while by the number of posts. 

 

Can someone let me know if there is anything that I can do to rectify this issue on my end or if this is an ongoing issue.

That is odd I received an email yesterday that a fix had been posted to my reply but no post and no follow up.  And it still doesn't work????

All of a sudden I have the same problem, after no problems for weeks. Same error message. Can't view "answered calls" for instance.

My call manager is Inop too, Get this message:

Same error here - had Triple Play installed on 11/7 and call manager has never worked - even regular phone access to voicemail was unavailable for a day and wiped out the stored gretting and whatever messages were already stored.  I also find it unacceptable that the "Comcast Service Health Status" link has consistently said "There are no known service interruptions in your area" throughout.  Is call manager a service?  If so, it should be noted as unavailable.  In my opinion Comcast should also expand its email notification options to include notification of service outages in addition to billing and account related issues.  That would move a little more towards true customer service.
