As it has been more than a year since this request was posted here and the feature is still not available, I would like to add my name to the list of interested parties. I hope someone from Comcast is interested in what their customers' needs are. I see that there are several similar threads requesting the same or similar feature.
I have worked in IT for many years and am surprised that something so obvious and probably readily programmable should not be addressed by now.
Please add the ability of users to select the number of rings before a call is forwarded from their phone line.
Is there someone from Comcast in the know who can say why this feature cannot be made available in the very near future?
