Call Forwarding deletes

I am trying to use the call forwarding system so I add the numbers that I want forwarded and then I add the number I want the calls forwarded to and click save. All seems fine so I logout of Comcast voice. When I return and chack to make sure everything is as I set it up what I have is some calls that I wanted forwarded are no longer listed. One of the numbers that I had listed to be forwarded has been transfered into the the line for where the calls are to be sent to. The number that I wanted and designated the calls be sent to is gone and replaced by one of my forwarded call numbers.

What's up? I have read and re read the instructions and it keeps happening.

Oh and I have only had 5 calls set for forwarding to a different number.

Please can someone help me?
