Call Blocking - "There was a problem saving"

Cannot add numbers to the call blocking list.  Error reads "There was a problem saving".  I can remove numbers, but not add them.

I've been having the same problem.  It hasn't worked all summer, about the time they've been switching things on their website.  Very frustrated!  The call forwarding doesn't work either and their explanation is that this type of number isn't valid but from their criteria in the explanation it should forward.
