COMCAST: What's the status of Callerid PC Problem?

I called Comcast 4 days ago about the status of this issue and was told I would get a call back within 72 hours.  I called today and was told they would open another ticket and would be called within 72 hours!


Several months ago, I was told my ticket was attached to a national ticket with (at that time) 150 names and would be called when they was a status change or closure.  Now manager Ryan says there is no open ticket on this issue and it was closed as resolved!!!


Would someone from Comcast post the status of this issue? (PC Callerid not popping up and disconnecting frequently).
