Buzzing and Anyone try to use comcast.com to give feedback to comcast?

 
 
My digital voice line is not working....it calls out and rings in, but the audio is so degraded I just hear mechanical buzzing.  Its monday...I called tech support, after languishing in some "loop of **bleep**" being transferred 3 times, I finally got to a person I could not hear.  I called from a verizon line...very stable, might I add...fine quality, and spoke with a man who did a few diagnostics and informed me that a tech would be out on Thursday....again, It is now Monday.  Some service.  I did plug an analog telephone directly into the modem....still the same problem.  Internet and cable are working fine.
 
 Any thoughts?
 
 
As far as comcast.com....all of the feedback links, including sending a message are dead...some service.

LOL!! Seriously.... with all the problems with Comcast TV Service and Internet Service and POOR Customer Service, and a messed up Discussion Forum why in the Heck would anyone want their Phone Service to add to their problems??

The only time my land line phone has not worked was when Comcast cut the line burying a new drop in my yard to fix a problem that was affecting my entire neighborhood.
