Another Number Not Ported

I requested the HD Triple Play package be installed on 10/16.  The order was completed on 11/4.  I still do not have my old number ported.  I had an installer out here on a subsequent trouble, and he told me that the work should never been completed until the number was ready to ported.  So now I am paying both you and AT&T.  Can you please help me?  I am a senior, and have some really elderly relatives who cannot reach me.

We've escalated this matter to the fix agent and should have the resolution soon.
