Annonymous

Smiley Sad every time I make a phone call shown ANNONYMOUS to the other end.

Why??

I already told to the guy  and I do hast  to press # ...   every time I make a call no to be ANNONYMOUS Why??

 

Can it be fix ? so I do not have to do that every time I make a phone call?Smiley Sad

It looks lik some good happen from either side.

 

Well, I did, reset the moden not with the touch botton on top from the small one on the back. And #2 -I went to the Comcast moden page them,.  I did review all setting like new..

 

Now my auntie does not call me anymore "incognito"  It normal again.

Do you have Residentail of Business class Voice sevice?

 

Clarification-  Are you stating that every call you make is displaying Anonymous to your callers and that when you press *82 before the call, your number does appear to your callers?

 

Just trying to be sure before I answer or move your post to the area where you will receive the support you are looking for.

 Yes, every call I make is displaying Anonymous to my callers .Man Sad  

 

I'm residential,  and It's only my phone. and yes that it's the way it's happening.

I spoke to my friends so they can  pick up the phone when I call them, but those not work all the time.

This can happen when you have caller ID blocking enabled. I have disabled this for you, your calls should not show as anonymous anymore. More information regarding this here.
