Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous

I'm wondering where Comcast gets there phone service ideas. I have been being charged for calls within my state and they are considered long distance just because of the area. While an area right next to the other one is considered local.

I guess I see it as why would a call within state that is somewhere 20 miles away be long distance.

Makes no sense to me at all. I was given a link to check #s to see if they are considered local or long distance. What another scam I say.

How is one area local and one right next to it long distance? Guess I'm gonna have to think about the calls I make from now on.
