'ADDITIONAL' NUMBERS *SUSPENDED in my acct prefs

'ADDITIONAL' NUMBERS *SUSPENDED in my acct prefs

TONIGHT my Voice 2go app (xfinity connect to my android) also mysteriously gave a link error, after retrying password after password, I went on here to the web & 10 webpages full of advertising later, I discovered the 2 additional numbers (minus the main number) had somehow become SUSPENDED.

Was only another HOUR figuring out & correcting a problem on my own, I found the reactivate & VOILA! (thats success)

 

Not once did I hang up on me, transfer me, put me on eternal hold OR reset my modem so I had to start over!!!

 

My question is, does comcast know about this???

 

Would it be that hard to send out blanket emails saying youre having problems with ALL of the voice services?

I had the same problem with my Voice-to-Go app.... but it also came with an additinal twist...   I could not get to my Advanced Call Forwarding settings in my preferences.... gave a rather long ridiculaous error code... try it and see if it is happening to you as well..

 

Had to go online and chat witha very decent CSR who knew exactly what to do....

 

Fixed me right up in 5 minutes and I tested it on my work phone by calling house and seeing my cell phone ring at the same time... so I know I'm good to go now.

Login to the COMcast website..

Click on VOICE and you should find your logs there....
