redeeming a coupon to watch a movie.

I'm trying to redeem a coupon I received in the mail, to watch a movie on demand.

Follow the instructions that came with the coupon, or try http://xfinityondemandcredit.com/ or http://my.xfinity.com/coupon/. If none of that works, and an employee doesn't come to your rescue here, call Billing at 1-800-Comcast and have them apply the credit.
