purchased tv season keeps prompting me to buy again

purchased tv season keeps prompting me to buy again

I purchased one episode of Animal Kindgom Season 1 and liked it. I then purchased the entire Season. When I try to watch any other episode except 1, I get prompted to buy it again. No error message, and the list of episodes show "10 episodes puchased". Did a reset, checked other tv's in the house--same issue. HELP!
