VOD Problem in Evanston, Illinois

Have had a Tivo Bolt up and running since mid April of 2016.   Video On Demand had been working without issues until recently.

As of March 25, 2017 began having issues.   Receiving either GSM-11, GSM-7 and/or CL-14 error messages.

As of April 28 On Demand was back up and running.   But as of May 4 back to receiving the error messages.

I'm located in Evanston, Illinois.   What gives and what can be done about it.   Truck rolls do not seem to be the answer.

Hi StuR, I apologize for your experiences with on demand and your TiVo bolt, I have corrected the equipment code on your account and sent  a refresh signal.  Can you please try your VOD service and if still experiencing issues please respond to my private message.

Hello, ComcastPhill -- I have also been receiving the GSM-11 error on my TiVo Roamio for several months.  Would it be possible for you to check into my account as well, and send a refresh signal if need be?
