Rented movie for kids tonight and went back to watch NCAA coverage. Can't resume the movie. Had to rent it again. Figured the movie hadn't started, so the rental didn't "take." Let it play for a minute until it showed up in "Last" history. Swtiched to another show and poof. The movie was no longer present. It does not appear in Purchases either. Will end up renting it again. What's the process to have the extra rental's credited back to my account?
