Tivo CL-14 and VOD account code

Tivo CL-14 and VOD account code

I have a Tivo Premiere and have been unable to use on demand service since the account was created.  Initially received a GSM-11 error and then now am getting error cl-14.  It appears from archived postings that this is most likely a billing account code issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, TheTallOne67 - I can check if there are any missing cable card rate codes on your account. Please send me a private message and include the following information: 

 

- Your full name

- The account holder's name as it listed on the billing statement
- Full address as it listed on the billing statement

- A phone or an account number

- Cable Card Serial Number

- Host ID

- Data ID

- Unit Address
