TiVo Bolt and On Demand

TiVo Bolt and On Demand

Help! I have a new Tivo Bolt. I transferred my cable card to the new TiVo and now On Demand is not working and while I can see all the channels in the 800s the guide only shows channels 1-137. Someone on this board helped me before with the On Demand issue but I can’t remember his
name. Thanks in advance.

Please see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pair-activate-cablecard. You can move a CableCard from one device to another, but premium channels and On Demand won't work until you have Comcast remove the card from the old device and pair it to the new one in their systems.

 

Comcast controls the channel lineup, but the Tivo guide is provided by Tivo, and it's up to them to correct guide errors. Check out Tivo's Channels Missing or Incorrect in Live Guide: Troubleshooting and Report a Lineup Issue.
