TiVo Bolt+ - Xfinity On-Demand app works but video freezes and no audio

Xfinity app launches on my TiVo Bolt+ and I can navigate through the folders to find a video to watch. Clicking Watch Now button starts video for about 2 seconds and then freezes with not audio or video even though the play bar shows it is playing. I get all the Xfinity channels that I should have on my account, but the XOD just doesn't work. CabelCard was paired correctly, but I think I am probably having the same problem a lot of others have had with a missing code on the code. I am paying two (2) charges for the CableCard so I should have XOD access I believe. I think I'm being charged for 2 CableCards because I physically got two from the install 10 years ago even though I only use one. The installer told me to have the 2nd one in case the other one goes bad. I didn't argue. I guess over 10 years I've paid $300 for the extra card that I never use. That's another matter I guess.


I would like to get the XOD working though. Thanks.
