TIVO VOD not working and numerous tickets have not been responded to

TIVO VOD not working and numerous tickets have not been responded to

I have tickets #744551434 & #74492145 opened where techs were supposed to get back to me and NEVER did.  Numerous phone calls hand chats have gotten me nowhere in terms of a resolution.  Yet, I see that folks in these forums seem to be able to help.

 

I have two TIVO devices that receive channels fine, but are not connecting properly to VOD.  I know they worked at one time, but have since stopped.  I'm betting that it ws a result of billing changes earlier this year.  Can someone help?  Please?!


The tickets should have all the information, but just in case-

 

Device #1

    CableCARD ID: 000-334-800-780-2

    Host ID: 035-013-648-244-4

    Data: 281-707-513-59

    Card S/N: MA0716CAAT04

 

Device #2
