Recurring TiVo Comcast VOD failure

I've just scheduled my 4th truck roll to "fix" VOD to my Roamio.  On the previous 3 rolls the tech made a call to the Comcast backoffice and "fixed a rate code" on my account.  These three previous fixes lasted about 3 months each.

 

PLEASE  what number can I call and what SPECIFICALLY do I need to tell them to fix this issue without another truck roll?

 

Everything else works with Comcast and the TiVo except for Comcast VOD.

 

This problem is mentioned often, yet no one gives a helpful solution other than "I fixed your account code" or "I fixed your rate code".  Why can't you be more specific about who we can call and what we can say to get a permanent fix to this annoying Comcast/TiVo failure to work?

 

Help please,  And how do i get  a name to show instead of n/a????

Just got my tivo bolt +.

 

My VOD does not work. I get the following error on my tivo box:

 

error: %lm-2 the locale code is tivocrd-cmc-a5p.comcast.com

 

my service is on south Florida.

 

called Comcast, they tell me is a card issue. went to their office and had it replaced. Installed now and still get the same error.

 

any suggestions anybody?
