Same here, very frustrating, contacted support got a $5 credit however my wife would like the movies from TFC on Demand back......was 5.99/month for TFC On Demand which included the free movies (VERY OLD) and paid access to newer releases, someone told my wife Comcast has increased the price to 8.99?....In any event we have lost TFC movies on demand!!!  WHERE ARE THE MOVIES???

Hi,

Strangely enough looks like they are now showing up.  Had called support to cancel the service on the "TFC On Demand" , they did then later reassinged the feature....checked this morning and now movies are showing up.  Can say Comcast support folks are much more customer oriented than in the past...great follow through and much more focused on the customer's service issues. Thanks.

 

Key thing is: Wife of 42 years happy to have her movies back. ....
