I too am experiencing these error codes. I have tried restarting both my modem and router, with no luck. I also tried the troubleshooting tool but that didn't work either. I have also checked the cable connection on the back of box to make sure it's tight, nothing. I'm missing out on a lot of Olympic stuff because of this. 

 

Please help.

Apologies for the issue that you described above.

Typically and generally that specific error (MOGSCNA) refers to a connectivity issue between the cable box and our search server. Does this occur occasionally or constantly or something in between?

No on demand since yesterday afternoon. Getting these messages and also ETV-1000. and the data light is also flashing on the box. 45 minutes in a chat session yesterday with no help, Of course they tried to sell me a new package. Said I need a tech. Windows issue?

My problem was the line outside of my house needed to be replaced. You have more stuff going on than I did but I had to have a technician come out to diagnose the problem. Don't buy anything new. They can fix for free.
