OnDemand shows not updated since Thurs (3/16)

Once again OnDemand is having issues with shows being updated. Nothing that I watch has updated since Wed night  (Comedy Central/FX/CBS/TruTV/TBS). I'm sick and tired of calling the "support" line to have someone I can barely understand tell me to unplug the box/re-send the signal, which I have already done, because it never works. Can we not go a full month without some kind of problem with OnDemand service? I end up paying for this whether it works or not and it's getting a little old.
