On Demand

I have three boxes and the one in the master bedroom has not allowed us to watch in demand in months. The others boxes work. I have done the chat, and phone calls, unplugged it and waited, had signals sent that don't fix it. It is very frustrating to pay for something that doesn't work. I get an error that says this operation not available when you try to open a show from on demand. Saved programs work just not the on demand. I have a Samsung smart tv if that makes a difference

What is the model # of the cable box and are you receiving any error messages other than "Operation Not Available" ?
