On Demand says I need to subscribe to channels I have

I have spent hours now with customer service and tech support and they can't seem to fix my issue.  I have all the premium channels yet On Demand and HBO GO say I need to subscribe to watch shows. All the channels worked fine last week. It is so frustrating spending hours on the phone only to get escalated to the "FIX" team.  Anyone find a solution to this issue?

Hi Mydogthor13, I can get this error cleared up for you. Normally rebooting the cable box by unplugging it will fix this issue due to the reset allowing your entitlements to refresh and flow through. But if you're still having these issues after rebooting, please send me a private message with your full address and account number by clicking my name (ComcastAmir) and then clicking "private message me" so that I can look into this for you.

I am having this same issue. We were gone on vacation for 12 days. Now on demand states I need to subscribe to the channel. I gave unplugged the box 2x and forced a refresh and nothing has changed. :-(
