On Demand-not working since Harvey!

On Demand-not working since Harvey!

On Demand every time I try to use it gives various error codes incl cl14.  Since Harvey hit us in sw Houston!  Can someone check if there is work being done by comcast out here screwing up the service. Its slinked bc before Harvey we had a long strectch of just fine service.

Hi art3, I show that we are doing some work in your area on a local node which is directly impacting your services. We should have this issue cleared up within the next 72 hours. Do you have any issues watching live content? Do you get the same error message on all of your cable boxes?
