I have an RNG110 cable box that shows an error when trying to access the On-Demand feature. It says failed to contact the On-Demand server and gives error message CL-0x000f. Techs were recently in the area which could be the cause of it. Resetting the box does no good and wondered if anyone could offer a solution?  Thanks.

Hi RoxUser1 -- CL-0x000f is an On Demand server error that indicates your box is unable to communicate with that server. This is generally caused by signal level issues. It would be recommended to have a tech come out to resolve these issues. I can have one scheduled for you and would need to know days/times that work best for you.
