On Demand menu won’t load/lags

On Demand menu won’t load/lags

When I press xfinity on my remote to go to the on demand menu, the icons for the movies and shows won’t load, they are blank squares. The descriptions won’t load or are lagging.

I did a box restart, made it worse.

I just did a system refresh, nothing.

See attached photo. Now what?

Nothing comes up when I try to click “Watch options” either....

Same thing with me.  Some photos are there, most are not.  Second day this has been happening.  Sure would like to know what's going on.

Same issue and same duration in area code 978. I hope someone at xfinity is monitoring this forum and can respond soon.
