On Demand error message

On Demand error message

On Demand, regular past TV programes, won't work, I get an error measage (see photo attched) I could get it to work a few months ago by unplugging the box and plugging back in, but now it won't work at all, the standard live TV programs work fine. Is there any fix for this? I got a new box, a couple days ago, still doesn't work.

Yeah I'm currently on day 4203983920 of 495309830 (sarcasm, sort of ) of On Demand not working. It works, then it doesn't, over and over and over. It's a Comcast problem they're refusing to address and/or fix.

Yes I am on my 10th call for this error. I just moved and all my coax cables need to be replaced.
