ONDemand error code 22

When ever I try to watch an ONDemand movie on my new cable service (installed yesterday) I get an error 22 message.  Anyone have a solution without having to sit on hold for 30 minutes?

You may have tried this already but i umplugged the main box for 2 minutes and plugged it back in and on demand now works... hope this helps

Had my install done today. The installer had a problem with error #22. After a few resets he remembered to do the "UDB hit." This fixed it within 15min. Hope this helps.
