ON DEMAND PROGRAMMING - DID NOT ORDER BUT BEING BILLED FOR IT

i GOT AN EMAIL SAYING I ORDERED "CON MAN" ON HD "ON DEMAND." I asked that it be recorded but did not order it to watch at one time and do not want to pay for that service.  
What do I do now to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY?
