My on demand has not worked for a couple of days now. I get a message saying unable to process your request. Please try again in a few minutes

Hello cormiers, I can assist you with getting on demand working again. Have you tried rebooting your cable box? I show that you have more than one box, do you have the same error on all of them?

Have you tried rebooting your cable box? This is a standard answer comcast has no idea what there doing!!!!!!!
