and here we are a week later, and as of last night, they were still not available on demand.
So, no==no one solved the problem. What the heck are we paying all this money for if shows we want are not available on demand???
For non-X1 customers (& maybe others?), use SEARCH and the keyword NCIS_NE; the episodes are available. The different folders throughout the On Demand menu are disappointingly unreliable.
Yes. Mr Bulkington, this solves the problem! On demand "dissappointingly unreliable", yes indeed. Maybe "Comcast Zach" need a new "team".
We thank everyone for their patience at this time the 11/7 episode is available for viewing. The 11/14 episode has ticket opened to make this episode available. Once I have further information I will reach out to provide an update.
