MOGSCNA Error Code

MOGSCNA Error Code

I have been getting "Unable to Process Request, Error Code MOGSCNA" when trying to use the search and on demand functions since January.  I've made numerous phone calls to Customer Service to no avail. A technician came out, installed a new cable box and tested all connections, then after a call to the office told me others in my area are having the same problem so my equipment is not at fault. he thought the matter would be resolved in three business days, but it's been a week and there has been no change.

Hi jmeggett -- I can help you with this error message. The tech you had referred this issue to our Maintenance team. I am following up with them to see what work has been completed and to let them know you're still experiencing this issue.

You're welcome. Maintenance team is reporting their work was completed and is recommending having a field tech come out to address this issue. I can schedule that for you and would need to know days/times that work best for you.

I called on March 29 and was told a field agent was being sent within 72 hours and that it would not be necessary for me to be at home when the agent came. I have no idea if this happened because when I try to use On Demand I still get the same error message I've been getting since January.

 

I was also told someone would call me, but this didn't happen.

My sixth phone call (on April 9) led to another technician coming out the next day and this time finally resolving the matter.
