Keep getting error when trying to watch xfinity tv on computer

Error 102100.5: Loading of the specified resource has failed keeps popping up but only on specific shows! Anyone know how to fix this when watching xfinity from the internet? I'm watching shows that I have recorded.

Hi galcll64 -- For that issue, start by clearing your Cache & Cookies. You may also want to try different browsers to see if the error is present on all of them. You can also verify that you're connecting to our DNS server, rather than a 3rd party server, by adjusting these connection settings:
