Having GSM-11 and CL-14 error with VOD

Xfinity VOD worked on my Tivo Premiere for years.... until about a month and a half ago. GSM-11 and CL-14 errors when trying to access Xfinity VOD. Several chats and calls with techs to no avail. Finally got someone to check billing codes and they were supposedly correct. Truck rolled to my house. Tech had no clue what was causing the error and couldn't get it fixed. I purchased a refurb Bolt from Tivo and picked up a new cable card from Xfinity. Activated and paired cable card. Still getting GSM-11 and CL-14 errors. Showing 92% signal with 37dB snr. I did get one show to play for a few seconds tonight, but then it was gone.
