Error message with Cable Card and Tivo Romeo Pro

Hi Folks, 

I receive the attached error message everytime i select on demand or certain cable channels.. Has anyone seen this error before?

Your card is not coded properly to your account. I have yet to find out a way to get that done. The cablecard support people do not seem to understand the problem.
